3 December 2014 | Valais Grand Council committee violates Dominique Giroud's privacy

Double standards.

The Justice Committee (COJU) of the Valais Grand Council has published a report in which it refers to two wine cellars. In the first case, it was careful to protect the privacy of the person concerned, who was referred to only by his initials (S.S.). In the second case, it forgets itself and mentions Dominique Giroud by name. Why is the COJU violating Dominique Giroud's privacy?

I'm facing a media storm. I've been wrongly accused of tampering with my wines to make money. Journalists have overdramatised and criticised without any nuance. In so doing, they have tarnished and perhaps ruined forever my reputation as an oenologist. Faced with these accusations, I have decided to publish my version of events on this website.

Readers will be the judge.
