Today's edition of Le Nouvelliste devotes a full page to the collapse of Provins. Ahead of the article, the newspaper consulted Dominique Giroud to find out whether he would be interested in taking over, or at least investing in, the cooperative once it has been transformed into a public limited company. Dominique Giroud did not close the door to such a possibility, specifying that, if necessary, he would "consider any opportunity that is favourable to his activities and/or his region". When consulted, Dominique Giroud took a position. For reasons that remain unclear, his position was not reproduced in the newspaper, but the exchange between the journalist and his spokesman is reproduced here.
